During week three, participants and mentors will discuss the areas of regulation and policy in telecom while keeping in mind how language and can be used to advance rights or to intimidate communities.

This week will be participant-led. The sessions will serve as an interactive platform for the participants to explore in groups topics and areas they would like to address with the team and with one another.

The first session will be dedicated for participants to introduce themselves and to get to know each other. The session will be in a plenary format as well as in a breakout room format.
